Okay, heres the deal: I am looking for the sheet music to George Gershwin's Prelude No.2. Does anyone know where I might be able to find this on the internet for free? Last I checked, the Sheet Music Archive didn't have it. If not, could someone please tell me where I might be able to find a good book with a collection of the Gershwin Preludes(or misc. peices of Gershwin) that includes Prelude no.2? Thanks.

Are you suggesting that there is no music store in the Seattle area where you could buy the Gershwin Preludes?!
If it weren't an infringement of copyright laws, I'd send you a photocopy from the edition I have.
Oh, well ...

I'll second BruceD. These three Preludes are often packaged together since they're short. The score of them should be available with any decent music shop where classical music is offerred.

There is one store in the downtown area that I frequently visited over the summer, but have not been back to for the last few months. With school and all. I've been downtown the last three weekends in a row but I was never anywhere near the music shop. Besides, I always find that online prices are cheaper than store prices. Maybe its just me but the music store does have high prices on everything there. The other Seattle music stores that I've visited in the past only have one small shelf of sheet music, and no classical.

Check www.jwpepper.com, perhaps you cand find it. There, I found Keith Jarrett's Koln Concert score, that is very hard to find. Regards.

Hi, German:
Please resend the URL--- I couldn't get yours to work either, and would love to find a transcription of the Koln Concert-- I was told it didn't exist.
Regards, Nina

That's because there's a comma at the end of his URL. Try: www.jwpepper.com
