Im scared to even look at the sheet music for that piece. [/b]Exactly... I've read through it while listening to Marc Andre Hamlin playing. Geeze is that a hard piece to tackle. I tried a little bit of the second movement, and that was do-able, but barely with all of the polyrhthyms. John

Hehe, there's a bootleg video of Hamelin playing this piece, and as the master technician that he is (possibly the greatest of our day) even he starts to lose control at some points, and has to hold on for dear life. But is it ever exciting; what a ride!

I've always had problems with repeated notes. Does the coda to Chopin's Ballade No. 2 in a-minor count? It used to (still does!) give me fits.
