1. Totentanz
2. Debussy - Passepied
3. Hexameron(variation no.?)
5. 1838 Paganini Etude 6

8 is Paganini/Liszt grand etude no 1.

Hexameron variation is right.
Rachmaninoff 39/6 is right.
8 is the 2nd edition 1st Paganini Etude.

And all that's left is #4.
