...I was wondering if you could recommend some EASY Beethoven pieces in different keys...

I am not looking to be a classical player; I just want to write my own stuff...

I know how to play Moonlight Sonata first movenent in C#m, and Fur Elise in Am (I believe)...

As a result, I only know how to write music in the keys of C#m and Am (I believe)...

I would appreciate it if anyone wants to help me.

Sweet, thanks!! Are there any actual names for these; or do I just go to the music store and ask for the Bagatelles and the two preludes with their respective opus'?

There are three sets of Bagatelles, plus a couple of odd ones. You should be able to find the three sets in a separate book. The preludes are rather obscure pieces and you may not be able to find them outside of a book of Beethoven's Piano Pieces (Klavierstücke), which would have the Bagatelles, too.

There are some dances, too. There's a set of Ecossaises which come arranged in a suite by Busoni which are nice.

Dover published a nice volume which includes the Bagatelles op.33, 119, & 126; along with the Preludes, op. 39 and that lovely lone Prelude in F minor.
