It is indeed (well spotted!) and I completely agree, it's a wonderful, brilliantly constructed piece of music that barely gets a mention, for some reason. I'm working on that one and #5 after being inspired to dig them out by the recent HR thread here.

This is my setup. Notice how the music sits low near the keyboard. It helps with no-line bifocals. The computer screen near the digital is also set low. I use MidiNotate and can play along with pieces as I read the music on the monitor. One good feature is that you can adjust the speed without changing the pitch. BTW, Midinotate converts midi files into sheet music and there are gobs of them on the internet.
Thanks for sharing all of your pictures with us.

CC2,

Are those rugs under the pianos or canvas floorcloths? I really like them. They really play well with the ebony pianos ....as does the wall art.

Wow, you guys have some INCREDIBLE instruments in some BREATHTAKING rooms!!! Too bad we couldn't all come over each other's places for a "Round Robin Recital". wouldn't THAT be a blast!!!!
Piano Dad,
Those are rugs, (I have one in the Living Room also). Very well made and high quality and they wear well.....I got them, believe it or not, in a Home Depot!!! The wall art I got on E-Bay!!!

My piano's name is George. He isn't much to look at, particularly after seeing all the nice pianos here. Alas, he's all I have for now, and I love him. http://asortofnotebook.blogspot.com/2006/02/george.html

Coming back to piano again in my middle age, and enjoying every minute.

skeletony - a 6'5 Yamaha is a wonderful piano.. you're very lucky..

Kluurs - i could step right into that room and sit down and play.. it seems so homey.

Kluurs - your photo looks like a painting! It is surreal looking. How did you get that effect? Love that room...
