Chopin Op.9 No.2 in Eb isn't really that hard.

op. 55 no. 1, or op. 72 (e minor, i thinks thats the right opus). Both aren't too technically difficult, but extremely beautiful.

I went with Op.72 no.1 in E minor. It's not very hard but like Abe said it is very beautiful. I think this is a good nocturne to start out with. Thanks for all your advise!
