Hello everyone, In less than 11 hours I, along with many other students from the Indiana University campus will be playing their semester piano jury. I myself am performing Bach's Prelude in dminor from WTC vol.2 along with Scriabin Etude in C# minor. A fellow comrade of mine and a frequent visitor here USAPT will be performing the Harmony Club Waltz. Wish us luck as we battle Ketevan Joplin and Prof.Shnyder and other faculty. They even switched pianos on us!! Its not that same Steinway D. nope. May the semester end well to all music students out there. Good luck!

eek

Hey Godowskian, at least the switcheroo went from the "D" to a Bosendorfer Imperial.

My jury comes up in about 3 hours. I am really fired up about it.

Best of luck to everyone sitting for their juries! And as Monica said, we want a report of how well you all did.

UPDATE:

The solo juries are over. We both feel that we performed acceptably, but will reserve details until the grades come out.

Today we have to study for "real" finals tomorrow and Thursday and work with the students we are accompanying for THEIR vocal juries tomorrow (3 students each).
