i don't really like all of 106 but simply for the parts that i like so much and i like the scope of it. actually i love all of it except the last movement kinda gets wasted on me.

there are fugues i like (diabelli variations, brahms's handel variations for example)...but that one just doesn't quite do it for me. maybe i'll like it more in the future.
