I am the same age as Chopin lives81.....plus Kreisler....and I've got a year left over that I won't count...

I hope I don't come off as intolerant of youth. I teach and have three kids I'm real fond of, and hope I can encourage young artists, not discourage...I spend a lot of time with people your age. I direct the musicals at one of the highschools near here. I've spent about 20 years (who's counting?) working in arts education in one capactity or another. I LOVE my kids at the school...I think their raw talent and youthful enthusiasm are a good foil to my maturity and polish. I love working with the ones who love working.

I'm relieved age doesn't make a difference unless you're young...when I was young, it was the other way around. Lucky me wink
