According to my teacher Chopin's four easiest Nocturnes, listed with the easiest first:
Op 31 - 1 in B
Op 72 - 1 in Em
Op 9 - 1 in Bbm
Op 9 - 2 in Eb
FWIW I learned Op 9-2 for our student recital last year, and I'm starting Op 72 - 1 now.
I don't know what your level is, but, they are georgous and are worth the work for the early intermediate pianist.
Before I started I would have never dreamed I could play any of them.

For Polonaises, either the C# minor or e minor.

What about the Gm polonaise, the one he suppoedly wrote wehen he was 6? It's not exactly a tour de force of musical grandeur but it's quite catchy and very easy.

I don't know the Chopin Nocturnes very well, but since you're looking for ones which are easy, I can tell you that op. 9,3 (in B major) is absolutely not.
I have an ice cream. I cannot mail it, for it will melt.

How about the posthumous C# minor and C minor Nocturnes? I'm somewhere between an intermediate & advanced player and didn't find these difficult at all to learn or to play fairly well. Both very beautiful pieces as well.

I am new to this forum. Try Chopin's Nocturne OP.55 No.1 in D minor. I am somewhere between beginner and intermediate and I find that this Nocturne is not so bad. In fact, I find it easier than the popular E Flat major Nocturne (Op.9 No.2), where the left hand keeps jumping up and down the left side of the piano (well, I always seem to get lost)...
