Dear music lovers,
I'm extremely happy to announce that the 2022 edition of the Blaricum Music Festival (30 June-9 July, The Netherlands) will welcome such distinguished artists like legendary cellist Mischa Maisky, gypsy virtuoso Roby Lakatos, great pianist Denis Kozhukhin, sparkling Moldavian violinist Alexandra Conunova, musicians' musician maestro Mathieu Herzog, exuberant Quatuor Arod and Algerian-French violin 'magician' Gilles Apap. The Blaricum Chamber Orchestra (consisting of internationally selected string players) will be 'orchestra in residence' and apart from concerts the festival program also inludes masterclasses (piano and string quartet) and narrated performances about Stravinsky's Firebird especially for children (7+).
