I think any drug taken regularly has side effects. For example advil (ibuprofene) has an effect on the liver metabolism when used regularly. I dont know if that study is reliable or not, but using drugs only when necessary is my philosophy.

I'm on medications that might make it worse and others that might make it better. It's impossible to know. I've had tinnitus all my life, but recently I've been hearing B-flat in my left ear. I was with the doctor today and she told me that my left ear canal is enflamed, so it should return to normal after treatment.

Tinnitus is such a strange condition. It seems there are countless things that can make it worse, and rarely anything that can make it better.
