I don’t know enough of Scarlatti’s sonatas to say for sure. Apparently, more of them are slow than fast. Of course, tempo alone doesn’t decide emotion.

Mozart and Haydn are definitely there.

What about Bach? His percentage isn’t as high as Mozart or Haydn, but I wonder if it’s comparable with Scarlatti? He had a considerable amount of happy keyboard music, even if he also had a considerable amount of not-happy keyboard music. I guess he just has a considerable amount of music in general.

I also agree with Mark about Mendelssohn - he’s always struck me as an often happy-go-lucky composer.
