And what's even more amazing, came back, and nailed 100% on Canon in C in PianoMarvel 6A the first try. I'd been struggling with it for weeks to get to 100%...

Hm. it turned out I only played 7 days total in Oct. I knew "every day" was a bit much for me, but 7 days?!?

I didn't play the piano yesterday. It was the first day since I received the piano two years ago - other than 2 travel days - that I haven't played. I COULD have played. I was away from home for about 8 hours but that didn't need to prevent me from playing. I just simply didn't play it. I didn't make the effort. This morning, I feel a little sad about it.
Started lessons January 2020.

Hello everyone. I have had a very busy year, and have not been on PianoWorld in quite some time. I will catch up everyone's excused days, and prepare the 2021 badges this month. Life has settled down a bit for me, so hopefully I will be able to keep up this thread better next year. If anyone would like to take over the thread, PM me.

Dear SwissMS.
Just stumbled over this fabulous initiative. Is it possible to sign up for 2022?
I've set up a new DP (MP-7SE) in our summer house and also (today) got delivery of a very portable Vox Continental, so hopefully no excuses for not practicing every day, even when away from home.

MOYD 2022 is open! I will try to get the excused list for 2021 caught up, and I will moderate the 2022 thread. Life has settled down a bit, and I hope to be able to participate in Piano World more in 2022. I am still playing and participating in a performance group once a month, and have played everyday in 2021! Talk to you soon!
