Wow, impressive! When I was a student I liked this music very much.
Almost all my work and studies were accompanied by David Bowie's voice. But now I prefer listening to nature sounds while working - it makes a calm atmosphere, and it also helps to stay focused.
Additionally to this, I came across an article telling that music reduces pain and unease in patients, arouse the immune structure, support healing after brain damage (here is the source) - it sounds very well, but in my opinion, it's mainly related to such "music of nature" and classical music.
I somehow stopped following musical trends. And this video brought a little nostalgia for me smile
