When I saw this I could not help remember reading in one of the Steinway biographies of all the labor problems William Steinway had with the case polishers in the late 1800s. Progress??

And what would he say if he could hear the music? Sounds like a midi file, not either an acoustic piano nor a human performer. What do you guys think?
