It is quite easy to find on youtube beautiful videos with piano covers of old pop songs from the 50s, 60s, and 70s, unfortunately it is not that easy to find the matching scores and, what it is more important, these scores are not organized on different levels of difficulty.

Suggestions?

You might try www.musicaneo.com - they have some good pop selections from 60's and 70's. There are also two books, "Great Piano Solos", one is known as "The Red Book" that have a variety of well known pieces.

Of course I have no idea if these match those presented on YouTube etc.

Reader's Digest Songbooks. There are lots of them and they're all good.

I have a Reader's Digest songbook. The LH can be played with easy bass parts or chords. The book has a mix of church hymns & Pop songs. The 2 pieces I like in the book are "Sound of Music" theme & "Climb Ev'ry Mountain".
