Hello everyone, total beginner wanting to begin learning piano

After a couple of weeks of researching i was ready tu purchase the roland FP30. However i just learned they released the new products (30x 60x ...)

But now i don't know if i should buy a FP30x or a RP701 (since i realized that the fp30x with the stand and pedals were almost the same price as a rp701)? I know they are very new products but if someone could lend some advice it would be nice.

took the courage to start learning piano. Looking for one rn

If you do not plan to move your DP, then it is often better to buy a furniture style piano such as RP701. It looks better in a home. Sound/features wise they are probably very identical.

Animar, you might also consider Roland F701 (a more compact version of RP701) https://www.roland.com/ca/products/f701/
Based on the specs it looks more or less the same piano but in a different cabinet.

Also, both F701 and PR701 has an OLED display, but FP30X doesn't. IMO, a display is a huge convince.

Yeah the display seems to be alone a huge asset for the RP701.
I thought about the F701 but i prefer the cabinet of the RP701 (and it's slightly more expensive while i'm already at the limit of my budget here.)

I think i will wait some time before more news on these products and some reviews are dropped. I tend to be kinda precautious around new released products. But it's very likely i'll go with the RP701
