Has anyone here legit played one in person ?

They dump on um' online all the time. But The only off-brand I've seen in stores is the Williams and Alesis.

Isn't it interesting that people on this forum discuss everything from the cheapest $350 digital piano to the most expensive $20000 ?

Hrrrm. Sounds a bit sterile, but so does P45 which actually cost more. I wonder if this Jeremy would takes these apart so we can see the goods.

Or döner if you have an umlaut friendly keyboard. It's a Turkish word, apparently.

AFAIK Donner means thunder in German. They might also say "Donnerwetter!" as a mild curse word for something surprising or unexpected. ("Thunder storm!")

And Donner also appears as a family name. And now a digital piano. I guess "Steinweg" wasn't available. 😉

Nothing wrong with that for a beginner on a budget.

Casio PX-S3000
Nope, no issues with it at all.
Took lessons from 1960 to 1969, stopped at age 16.
Started again in July 2020 at age 67. Lots more fun now!

This "Glarry GDP-103" looks similar to some piano shaped objects sold as "Lagrima":

Sounds like the "hidden" soft synth on Android devices. Plus some distortion.

That music rest must be the smallest in the business.

Maybe it's a mobile phone rest.
