It's Fun to Play the Piano ... Please Pass It On!
Sorry, I read some motivation tips from a guy I follow in the IT world. I just wanted to carry the torch over here for everyone out there in music land....

Don’t hope for it, work for it. If your conviction is true within all your heart, then work for it within all your might. The greatest of milestones and achievements in life must be earned. There is no elevator, rocket, or spaceship, to success; you must take the stairs. Forget how you feel and remember your conviction. Waiting is for something will always be granted with nothing. Start now, instead of later. Things may come to those who wait, but only the things picked up from those who go and get it. Remember that every time you fail, it's still 100% better than not doing anything.
I love how after "proof-reading," I still find stuff after the fact. ~shakes head~ Too bad I can't edit the post anymore. Anyways, I'm sure I'll be eating those words this weekend when I start my first lesson with Duane. Lol.....Bring it on!!!! :-D

Can I get an AMEN? Lol jk....
AMEN- sure thing here. Instead of low key easy pieces I decided to challenge myself to a piece I've quit over and over again over the years.
I found a different method with recording sections . that are still not polished sections, but it keeps me on track instead of starting over every 2 weeks then quitting. At least I hope it will.
Tons of other things I'd love to do... guess that 'll take years to figure too. LOL Also I figures how to use a vst while recording video . I use xp because you can choose the midi device. see pic
