For 1 month and a half, i 've been looking for a piano better than mine. When i started it, my options was an new Essex EUP-123, an used Yamaha Jx-113 or a new ritmuller up-121, now, the salesman is offering only new pianos, i can buy only a new JU-109 or a Yamaha Jx113t.
So, should i wait oportunit of an used better brand model or get one of these two it now ? What model/brand does the Yamaha Jx-113t is comparable ?

This should be posted in Piano Forum since it isn't a digital piano. Anyway, you may want to also check out the Kawai K-200 which is similar in height to the Yamaha JX-113T.

JU109 sounds like a Geman war-plane . . . .I'm sure it would sound good though.

Just to add that the JU-109 and JX-113T are Indonesia-made and so they have a poor reputation despite carrying the Yamaha name. Hence, they do not have great resale value compared to the likes of U1 and U3.

Bro, that shouting is obnoxious and really not necessary. Also this is the digital piano forum, so ask a moderator to move the thread into the right forum. As for you question, I have no idea, I don't know much about acoustic upright pianos.

I think you should spend some time doing some of your regular practice in stores, and you will be able to find the answer yourself. Noone can do it for you, because it is subjective.
Personally, I didn't find any of the new entry models satisfactory, or the used "higher" models for comparable price seemed so much better.
With used, one should preferably get an independent tuner to check it up, or get reasonable warranty or other conditions. For example, one local store offers leasing for a year/two/three, and the leasing payments are deducted if you decide to buy.

On paper (if new), I’d pick the Essex 123 or Ritmuller 121, so long as the dealer preps the inventory properly and can competently provide adjustments in the first year. I like Yamahas but the entry level verticals and grand don’t do much for me. Once you get to the P22/B2 size, things improve, and then the U series stuff gets pretty impressive.
