For $20 you just can't go wrong with it. I have the full version with all mics. I think the sound is fantastic, but the playability is not the best, some notes sticking out etc.

If you have some more to spend my recommendation is to go for vsl. Synchron Bosendorfer + Vienna imperial + Vienna key will cost you 320 (euro) right now if you use the voucher deal. Or you could buy one of those 2 bosendorfers (in that case i'd pick the synchron) and save 2 vouchers for say the Steinway or the CFX when they will be on sale at a later time.

That said the Embertone Walker full version is on sale for 50% off, which is a nice deal, but keep in mind playability isn't on the level of vsl or garritan cfx.

Playability is bad, in my experience. I own the full version and it just sits collecting dust on the hard drive. Save $20 and buy something useful.

I wouldn't even take Embertone for free. Wish I could get a refund for the $39 I spent on the lite version back then.

It's hard to tell what are the best deals, but there are a lot of Black Friday deals out there. It depends a lot on your requirements what is the best deal. More requirements usually mean more money to dish out, even when it's Black Friday.

If you're looking for a price point under $50, there are the following.

Sampletekk through AudioPlugin.Deals, roughly 30 bucks for four pianos.

https://audioplugin.deals/deal-1/

Production Voices do have a few at this price point. Assuming you don't have Kontakt 5/6 full version, these are their Sforzando libraries. No need to buy an expensive sampler, they run in the free Sforzando Player.

https://www.productionvoices.com/sforzando-libraries/

They also have some libraries for Kontakt full, if it so happens you own it.

Native Instruments have some pretty good libraries at half their usual prices. That's a bit over $50, but I would say they are probably of better quality than the above piano VSTs, though that is always subjective.

These are just a few, there are probably more. A few members here are diligent to report on deals, myself included. If you look through the last few pages in this forum, you'll find some more deals.

Me on YouTube

Casio PX-5S. Garritan CFX, Production Grand 2 Gold, Concert Grand LE, AcousticSamples C7, NI Giant, Sampletekk White Grand, Choc. Audio Steinbach, and a few more. Kontakt 5. Reaper.
