Sign of the times. Here is my daughters Piano/Media/Fun room during her Spring recital. I know, sad. (Roland DP603 she has been learning on for the past 7yrs)

Any room with a piano in it is a happy room to me :-)

What a WONDERFUL room 😺 sigh- my piano, when I was your daughter’s age was in a corner of a stuffy living room. I would have loved your daughter’s space

That's smart and also looks cool.

I wish I would have thought about that when I had a digital piano.

Thank you all. That one helmet in front left is Ant Man. Right side wall are her Star Wars helmets (she does have stormtrooper helmets but its higher up and not shown). She's a bit of a Disney, Marvel and Star Wars fan... if you didn't notice smile

MY $40 Home Depot solution to the wobbly X-stand that came with the keyboard.
The shelf will support 800 pounds, I have it bolted into wall studs.

Looks great! And ingenious solution to the X-stand wobble

Nice pics, always fun to see piano setups smile

Here are a few from last year. Pianos will be picked up tomorrow, so I'll be without for a short time until next week. It will be a sad night tomorrow night, I will miss the N2 and CX-21D cry We are fortunate to be upgrading to a C3X. I will drive my Toyota now until it falls apart. Then again, I haven't really driven anywhere this year.

Exactly, I get a lot more out of a piano than I do a car smile

Here is a sneak peak of new location. I may open that wall up. It's a load bearing wall, so there is a beam in there that can't be cut out, but I could cut out two rectangles with beam in middle. Pull in more light. Not sure yet, I'll be talking to a contractor after we move in.

My girlfriend thinks we should put a mirror there. Hmm smirk

You need to buy a Mazda CX3 for consistency...

This isn't a pretty pic, but though I would share.

I don't know if this will be the final position of the piano, but it works for now. It will probably take me months to finish unpacking and design what this space will look like. So it might be awhile until you see a final pic ;0

Very exciting! What a beautiful start in your new space! I hope you can take good care of your hands while unpacking and moving in; it's hard on hands, as I recall. Stop and play your beautiful new piano frequently! I really enjoyed playing C1X and C2X at the piano dealer recently. May your C3X and your new home bring you great joy!
