The great C-19 debacle got me playing again....after a 40 yr ‘absence’. I’ve acquired a mint GS-30 and am having FUN, but have a question: is there any issue trying to learn/working on 2 or 3 new pieces at a time? BTW....my skill level is an advanced intermediate....

No problem at all - in fact, you should be working on more than one piece at any one time as a learner.

Preferably diverse ones (e.g. one each from Baroque, Classical and Romantic, and/or a mixture of fast and slow), so that you're practicing different skills all at the same time.

"I don't play accurately - anyone can play accurately - but I play with wonderful expression. As far as the piano is concerned, sentiment is my forte. I keep science for Life."

Thanks. I was planning on starting two mvt’s of two different sonata’s, but I’ll start on Clair de lune and one Sonata mvt.

Pracise makes perfect. If you work on them -productively- you can learn them for sure.
