You're right! It was unfair of me to comment on pianism in her respect since she is in a completely different genre and her goals and inspirations are completely different thank traditional classical pianists.

Well, there haven't been so many "famous YouTube pianists" but more "YouTube recordings of otherwise famous pianists" in this thread, so let me add one of the former:
Kyle Landry of course. (I'm surprised he hasn't been mentioned yet, as he has a huge following on YouTube, with view counts in the millions.)
I picked the video below as a sample because it has a special meaning to me: It is the reason that I've restarted with the piano, after a 12+ year lapse. In early October 2015 I stumbled on this video on YouTube. I was checking out videos related to the Hobbit movie and after watching an a capella choir video of the Hobbit soundtrack, this video was then among the suggestions. And although I had no interest in the piano at that time (had even thrown out my digital piano from the 80s about a year earlier, because it didn't work properly anymore, I hadn't touched it for years and we needed the space), for some reason I clicked on the suggestion. The video impressed me and I got nostalgic, thinking "while far from *that* good, you were pretty good on the piano too, once, and now you don't even have a piano anymore! It's really a shame...". Well, only one day later I came back from the Thomann shop with a Yamaha P-115 in my trunk, and the rest is history...
Oh, and the Hobbit stayed with me too: While Kyle's arrangement was too difficult for me, I found a different arrangement (a medley with other LotR melodies) that I could play, and that was my submission to my very first ABF recital, in February 2016:
I'd like to give a shout out to Leslie 'femmeclassique' Leddy. For years her original composition has been my warmup and stretch music before I go jogging; and during which I mentally replay.

I enjoyed Ms. Camparetto's video. I noticed that she was playing a "Steinert" piano. I had never hear of that brand, so I Googled it. M. Steinert, which is the Boston-area Steinway dealer, apparently made pianos under its own name between 1901 and 1932. Interesting bit of piano trivia.
I also enjoyed the snippet of Beethoven's Pathetique Sonata played by Lola Astanova. Ms. Astanova also provide some visual entertainment with her mini-skirt showcasing her mile-long legs and mile-high stiletto heels. (I'm a guy, sue me! )
I also listen to a lot of VKgoeswild videos. fantastic. Another good one is Stephanie Trick. she plays mostly boogie boogie and ragtime. here is one of many clips: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dCgbs70c5GI
I listen to youtube on autoplay while I work, and the other day I came across the group Snarky Puppy--really neat music. One of their keyboard players is Cory Henry, who I quite like. His youtube videos are mostly organ, however here's a piano piece:
My other (current) favorite is Peter Bence, which I'm sure many of you have already come across. I found it interesting that the majority of his youtube videos are on uprights rather than grands.
Like them both - lot of personality, fun music!

Hi everyone, I've been obsessively trawling YouTube recently as one amazing keyboardist leads to another and another. So this thread is hitting a sweet-spot for me right now and I had to join the forum to share my favorites. Here a just a few:
Otmaro Ruiz: "Arabesque"
Ruiz is from Venezuela. This piece is so beautiful and yet also so sad. It's hard for me not to hear it as a requiem for Venezuela's lost democracy.
Tigran Hamasyan: "What the Waves Brought"
(If you like this one, check out Hamasyan's "Fides Tua" too)
Yohan Kim: "Spain" (the Chick Corea jazz composition)
Kim's just 14 years old here! (If you like this one, check out his funky dual-keyboard rendition of Marcus Miller's "Run for Cover" too).
Joey Alexander: "Round Midnight", "Armando Rumba", and "Giant Steps"
Alexander is 10 (!) years old here.
Jesús Molina: "Eldar Tribute" (based on two themes by Eldar Djangirov)
Here are two keyboardists playing synthesizers instead of piano (I hope that's OK here):
Domi Degalle: "Searing Solo!!"
The combination of "Wah" pedal and bend wheel make this performance so expressive!
Anomalie: "Le Bleury"
The orchestration of sounds on this amazes me.
Although all of these pieces are way too advanced for me as a beginner, I will note that there are nice transcriptions available (search YouTube) of Yohan Kim's rendition of "Spain" and Tigran Hamasyan's "What the Waves Brought" and "Fides Tua." Over time, maybe some of the others will get transcriptions as well.

Casio PX-S3000 Nope, no issues with it at all. Took lessons from 1960 to 1969, stopped at age 16. Started again in July 2020 at age 67. Lots more fun now!
I don't watch a lot of pianists on youtube, but one channel I particularly like is Jacob's Piano. How beautifully this guy's hands move across the keyboard is beyond me. He uses a digital piano with a VST and also composes some of his own tracks.

Oh @Tubbie btw I am so in love with Kate Liu's Chopin. I haven't listened to her Op52 but her Andante Spianato is the absolute best I've ever heard, and it makes an argument for best Chopin performance ever recorded for me.
