When I play the notes at the low end of piano there is a shift where C#1 sounds as if it is lower than C1. The notes lowest pitch to me are A0, A#0, C#1, B0, D1, C1 in that order. This is on Musescore. I have also searched a youtube video with all 88 piano keys being played and the same phenomenon happens between C#1 and D1 where all of a sudden the pitch drops again.

I'm assuming that something is wrong with my ears and I am unable to hear the lower frequencies of the piano. Not sure if I'm the only one who experiences this or not. I've searched around on Google and couldn't find anything.

Your profile says that you play a digital piano. With typical digital pianos you cannot alter the tuning. Are you listening using its internal speakers, external amplified speakers or headphone? Ask someone to listen to the notes you mentioned for their opinion. If one of your ears has heavy wax but the other less then you can get strange effects.

Nevermind, I must be retarded, because it is obviously my speakers for the youtube video and the musescore piano just has problems because when I switch to organ it works fine.

It's perfectly normal to not be able to hear the lowest notes of the piano, as the soundboard isn't able to produce them. All you hear is the upper harmonics of the lowest notes and your brain simply makes up the lower pitches.

The organ OTOH is able to produce the lowest notes down to C0 (lower than A0 on a standard 88 keys piano) using 32' stops.
