Yes it is! I paid $180 ($80 Lite + $100 upgrade) three months ago. Regarding the upgrade, is it a download only like the CFX lite purchase or does the product have to be shipped physically? Also, has anyone purchased the upgrade from timespace.com? Not familiar with the site. Yes, it is a download. No idea of the second question

The upgrade used to be only a physical one and a colleague of mine who was on a trip in the US got it for me... But it’s now a download which is much easier.

Thanks for the confirmation guys. I'll probably get it on my next paycheck loving the lite version so far and expecting big improvements on the full version(the mic additions).

timespace.com is legitimate site. Official British distributor for many companies.

As of noon, today, the 15% off at ProAudioStar appeared to still be available. I got it as far as my cart, but, when I tried to pay with Paypal, either Paypal or the seller snuck another 13 dollars onto the price, with no explanation.
Beware, and be alert if you attempt to purchase there.

No, it wasn’t sales tax. The price was $79. With the LB15 promo code, the price reduced to $69. Sales tax was about $4, bringing the displayed total to $73.
I opted for payment by Paypal, was redirected to Paypal, and logged in. When I tried to pay, it demanded $85. It offered no explanation of how the total got elevated to $85.

Seems that soundsandbox.com has a very good price ($79) for the upgrade from Lite to Full. Does anyone already buyed something there, are they reliable?

Did anybody have trouble installing CFx on Mac via software download? Am on Catalina on a 15 rMBP and the installer stalled partially through. MakeMusic suggested I just leave the installer as it is and it will eventually finish. I found that I could install it if I copied the downloaded installer to a USB drive that wasn’t as fast as the internal SSD. I’d like to buy the full CFX upgrade but worried I will not be able to request a refund if i can’t install fully. (I might not have a USB stick or SD card that hold the entire installer)

@dng: I had the same issue during the install routine on macOS Catalina some days ago. The installer got stuck while copying a file. It won't help to wait. You just have to kill the process with the activity monitor and to try it again. I also changed the destination folder on my SSD in the second run and finally the installer completed the task (but I don't think it's necessary to change the folder, it might be just a coincidence). Garritan CFX Lite is running very fine on Catalina. I have a mac mini (late 2012) with 4 GB and a SSD. The time to boot CFXLite is around 10 seconds and I have no clitches at all while playing. My "controler" is a Kawai CA79. I changed the CFX velocity curve to lite_1 and the dynamic range to 60%, seems to be perfect for the CA79 action.
@RonnieK: Good to hear, that soundsandbox is a reliable vendor. So I'm going to buy the upgrade from them.

I guess I got hosed by the proaudiostar/paypal clown clusterf*ck. I tried again, today, to purchase the upgrade. But, now, the upgrade has disappeared from their website. I telephoned them, got connected to a telephonist from a faraway continent, and was told they do not recognize the product. They did promise to let me know if they ever gain access to it.

It appears they have taken down all of the Garritan CFX range from their website.
