The book is "On the Sensations of Tone" by Herman Helmholtz. second edition originally published in 1885 copyrighted in 1954 by Dover Publications, Inc. This amazing book is a 576 page. Just pay the media mail cost and I will send it out. Steve

.....I read a little bit of that boring book.....if I was forced to read all of that, well, just take my out back to the treeline and shoot me.....no offence to anyone but, like the large majority today, I must have "fast-food" just state the case and go munch on it....
