Hi, I have recently got my old piano out of storage. It is an incredibly old upright piano that has been kept more for sentimental value. I was wondering if it was worth getting it restored and getting the repairs done on it or buying a new piano. However, I can not find any information about the piano, the company that made them or even the age of the piano. I would be so grateful if anyone had any information at all about it!

I can’t work out how to attach an image but the front of the piano reads: Norman Piano Co. London and Sydney. Sole Agents. Sykes and Co. Bradford. Bingley.

Having it rebuilt would probably cost more than it's worth from a monetary perspective. Since you've kept it for sentimental reasons, the cost of restoration might be worth it to you. The best way to make that determination is to get some estimates on having it done.

Hello! It would be great, if you attach the imagine of the piano. Just click on 'use full editor' when you'll answer me.
Meanwhile you can search the piano editor here http://www.lieveverbeeck.eu/Pianoforte-makers_England_s.htm
