As hammer butt spring is fragile, sometimes I need to replace the spring.
There was very thin pin across the spring and I couldn't never take out with needle.
How can I remove the pin?
Also what is the name of the pin?

Here is the photo of hammer butt spring FYI

Tony, we know what a hammer butt spring is - we are piano technicians!

If the spring is held in place with a metal centre pin (nickel bronze) rather than the more usual flange cord, then You need a special de-centring tool.

I think you really need to get your regular piano tuner/technician to do this job. It is tricky.

Hi Tony, there are different designs of hammer butt springs and attachment methods. It isn’t clear how the spring in that diagram is attached, nor of the connecting point at the hinge.

If you can post a photo of the actual action you are faced with we can be of more help.

As to your question about the pin, there are different center pin removal tools available. Typically a version of a pliers with an extended pin that pushes the center pin out. I don’t think you will have any success using a needle and are very likely to injure yourself. Please use the correct tools if you insist to continue.

Tony330, You are asking a question that all competent piano technicians would answer in the affirmative. Then you ask how to do it. I'd really advise calling a technician and paying a bit to get the job done right. I see damage done by DIYers quite regularly. There are some general repairs and adjustments that can be done safely by non-pros, but this one isn't one of them.
