Why didn't you have them refinish it in black before accepting it? Obviously you're a serious player or you wouldn't have choosen an Imperial, what gives? Serious musicians overwhelmingly chose black I heard tell.  Sorry, couldn't resist the temptation. What a magnificant stunning looking piano, I am impressed! Congratulations and I'm sure you'll enjoy it both visually and in every aspect of music making.

If there are extra keys, shouldn't the bench be wider?? Afterall, if the keyboard were higher, they would make the bench taller, right? That bench is "upright width". You was robbed.

Congratulations on your STUPENDOUS new piano! I think that's the Imperial I played during my piano search and visit to Cunninghams. How wonderful that IT (is it a boy or girl, do you think?) has found its way to YOU, from all accounts, a very talented player worthy of the instrument!
I loved those black bass keys - they are so low pitched you can hear them beating "flubba-flubba" when you play them!
