Kudos to the company for innovating, but my gosh I could never have that in my home. It looks like a little coffin on a stand!

When I bought my Baldwin concert grand (used), it came with a Jansen bench. I spent about three months without access to that piano or bench, and now that I have my Jansen again I can't see myself ever willingly using anything else!

If you want modern look and can drop the storage requirement the Adagio 40K by benchworld is great. The new version has adjustable feet which is great to remove any wobble. I saw it in a showroom and immediately loved it as it didn't look like a traditional bench was more modern. However, I wasn't ready to spend $550 so I waited and kept using my $20 On Stage with storage. Once I made the purchase I had no regret and my body ached less too. I did have a hard dropping the storage as for me I like to keep books put away when not in use. But I find myself using ipad version of books and scores more and more...

The continuous height adjustment mechanism is where the underseat storage would be. So if you want both, then the storage would be very shallow, plus the seat would be thick to house the adjustment mechanism - ie not modern looking.
If I were you I would give up on the height adjustment, because it's just you playing and you're not growing. The cushion can be made to give the bench the right fixed height for you.
