Hello again everyone. Made a thread previously for recording my piano to my PC. Got a youtube video uploaded of my playing with an image slideshow unrelated to the song. Since then i've set up my twitch stream so that viewers can hear me play, but as it stands their isn't much to watch when i want to do a stream of playing the piano. I downloaded audacity thinking it might have a tool i'm looking for, but it's very complicated and i honestly don't know where to start with it.
What i'm looking to do is put an image of a piano on my stream and have the notes i press on my digital piano light up as i press them, so viewers would be able to see what notes i'm hitting as i hit them (mostly for visual appeal, i don't have a cam or anything for my viewers to see me playing or anything). As it stands, if i wanted to play on stream, people would be seeing a blank screen or some random image I could find or something, and i obviously want the video feed to be more interesting then that. Is their an app that can do this? Or if Audacity has this built-in how would i access it? Even if i do get a camera and people could watch me play, this would still be awesome to have in addition to the camera.
