Hi All,

I have a couple of VSTs which I have stopped using for some time and are now collecting virtual dust (while also clogging my HD). I was wondering what was the best way to sell the license for these. There are a few forums/websites out there for second hand software licenses, however piano VSTs being a drop in the bucket of the overall software market I am really after a more targeted audience.

I could certainly keep them, however trying too hard to like them results in constantly tweaking the parameters without ever getting something I enjoy. I have wasted enough time on these and it’s time to move on!

Thanks in advance!

What sites have you tried?

Billions of people look at Ebay.
And how about Gear Slutz?
Or Production Forum?

I have had good experience with buying VSTs from VI control forums.

None yet, just wanted for guidance before trying anything.

Thanks all for the suggestions. I’ll take a closer look at what was suggested. Happy to report back to the community when I make progresses on this if that can help anyone.

Cheers

Make sure you CAN sell them. I know several manufacturers like Spitfire Audio which don’t allow license transfers.

Yes I am checking that as well with the manufacturers. It'll be upsetting if i'm stuck with all the licenses...

Cheers
