What stand and bench should I get for the Kawai ES110?

I'm wondering, for users for the Kawai ES110, what stand you use to support it, excluding the HML-1 stock stand, as well as what bench you use for it.

Ideally, I want something sturdy and a flat, level surface, and a bit of leg room - so no to X stands, please. I'm planning to play a bit of classical/dramatic or any music that requires expression by forceful thumping on the keys, so I don't want much wobble on the stands.

What do you recommend? Thanks in advance.

I've been using a QuikLok Z stand for mine and I love it. It's super stable. I've heard good things about their table stands as well, but I liked the way the Z stand allowed me to put the keys a bit farther out over the legs as I'm tall and it gives me more room. I don't think they make the one I have any more, but here's their site and all their Z stands. Very high quality products.

As for a bench, I just use my office chair as this is my "office piano". For my main piano upstairs, I got this https://m.thomannmusic.com/andexinger_klavierbank_lift_o_matic_484.htm but that my be overkill as between stand and bench you're almost at half the price of the piano laugh

Take a look at the stand and bench Rpa got from Thomann. That K&M stand, as I recall, has been recommended by numerous forum posters as being very stable.

stand and bench

Just a note re Quiklok Z stands, the ones I have won't go low enough if you want the piano at 'normal' piano height. I think this is not uncommon with keyboard stands rather than piano stands so worth checking.
