digital piano not working properly

not sure if this is the right place to post

basically my yamaha NU1x wont turn off once on(unless i unplug it), pressing buttons (eg. for reverb, changing sounds etc.) doesn't do anything, and when i plug headphones in, it still comes through the external speakers. I dont really know anything about tech so i come to you guys if you perhaps know whats going on? i want to guess maybe some fuse in the piano is broken, but i wouldn't know. also is it worth calling a yamaha technician for it? thanks

You might have a button stuck into the pressed position that prevent any other operation.
