Doesn’t seem like a stupid question to me because I haven’t got a clue.

I think you are mistaken about that.
It is nothing I have heard of.

I wonder if the 7 is a score rather than a signature. I’d like to know what the danceability is out of

Clearly this is not usual musical terminology per se but something specific to the website or book where you got it from. Does the source have a legend?

I remember TS saying that in some Asian countries they use numbers instead of A-G as their naming convention. Where did you see that?

I remember TS saying that in some Asian countries they use numbers instead of A-G as their naming convention. Where did you see that? That is certainly possible. I recall playing out of a book from an Asian country as a child where they only used numbers with chord symbols, kind of like a leadsheet but with numbers for the right hand melody. Maybe if Tyrone is reading, he can say more about it.

This is a UK website of unaccompanied vocals, so the ‘7’ is not a key signature. Possibly the vocal range but song information is only visible if you join.
I’m confused why a beginning pianist would want acapella music rather than music written with a piano part—- accompaniment or solo
"Music, rich, full of feeling, not soulless, is like a crystal on which the sun falls and brings forth from it a whole rainbow" - F. Chopin "I never dreamt with my own two hands I could touch the sky" - Sappho

The site has also a forum, so Pingo, I suggest you ask your question there, because "key:7" is a mystery to us here.
Playing the piano is learning to create, playfully and deeply seriously, our own music in the world. * ... feeling like the pianist on the Titanic ...

It's a bug on the web site. I searched for something and clicked on one result. The search result listed the key as A major but the details of the entry just said this: Duration:4:30 Tempo:128.29 Time signature:1 Mode:1 Key:9 Loudness:-19.71 Danceability:0.37 Energy:0.24
That looks like an index into a list of keys and they forgot to look up the list before displaying it on the page.
