It’s a wonderful idea and ....safe! I forwarded the project to some of my singing/playing friends. It’s important in times like this that we continue to do activities we love.
I hope to sing or tune my viola da gamba up to play with the violas. We’ll see what comes out ok :-)

You can just sing. It is a choir so your voice won't stick out but more voices add to the timbre. Do it. Sing. Everyone can sing.  Ok...hehehe, you asked for it! No regrets, ok?  YES! I am so excited by that WeakLeftHand! I can't wait to include your video. C'mon PW! Send us your choral readings - or whatever instrument you play. I am looking forward to including you.

Lady Bird and Jethro: Noooooooo! We're not going to end up like those poor souls on the Titanic! We're going to get through this, bruised and damaged, but we're going to get through this! Oh I know ( or I think I know) that we won't share the same fate. We will get through this! The Titanic went down because its captain wasn't listening to the recommendations of the "experts" around him. I doubt we're in that situation.  But I agree. Enough of that. Full steam ahead!

Good morning all,
We have had a tremendous response for this project. Thank you, thank you, thank you to all those here who are participating.
I will post the final video here in a few days (lots of editing, etc. to do first).
Also, we are planning a second video that is more piano-centric. I know there are some here that are nervous about singing (I get that) and don't play another instrument, so I hope the second video will make more here feel comfortable to hop onboard!
(It will be something easy to read, easy to play, and easy to participate).
