Hello Tweedpipe. I wish I could have joined you as a proud owner of a Sauter piano but I finally decided that I wanted to get a techno piano that might help me improve my practice sessions. I still had to order the Yamaha DYUS1 sight unseen because I could not find a dealer with one on the showroom floor.

Do you live in France? My wife is French. If she forces me to decamp to Paris, I may be looking for a Sauter in the future. smile

Hi, not surprised you couldn't find a DYUS1 in a store, I can't recall having seen one either recently. I'm sure you're enjoying it!
Yes, I'm a Brit (DON'T mention the B...exit word), living in France, also married to a French girl - occupational hazzard. wink.
Some good used Sauter's turn up from time to time on local websites here, often at very interesting prices. I wish you luck for an eventual purchase, and to join the exclusive club.

With the username Tweedpipe, it makes sense you’re British. Hi from across the Pond! smile

Hilarious. I see we’re in the same situation, lol. I won’t mention any of the bad words.

I don’t have the DYUS1 yet, I’ve been told told that it is being built. It’s probably going to be a few more months before I get it.
