hi everybody. I got a problem with my clp635. i found a error on screen "last power off invalid checking memory" I reset by c7 key, take out power cord, installed firmware again and nothing changed ...
then I used TEST MODE to factory reset and error changed to "factory set executing. songs included" and now this one doesn't disappear. piano is in emergency mode and I have only one piano voice no function and port in working
the piano is new. less than 6 month
thanks for help

I'd contact the seller or Yamaha.

Indeed, if I were to interpret the message, it's telling you a checksum of RAM or perhaps some fixed memory, has gone bad. Definitely a warranty situation. At least in the US they have a 5 year warranty.

From the manual:

Last power off invalidChecking memory
This message appears when the power is turned on after turning off the power while handling a Song file (page 66) or saving a backup file (page 105). The internal memory is being checked while this message appears. If the internal settings are damaged, they will be reset to the default settings. If the Songs in the “User” are damaged, they will be deleted.

Factory set executingMemory Song excluded
The default settings (except the Songs in the “User”) have been restored (page 101).This message also appears if you press and hold down the C7 key and turn on the power to the instrument.
