Is there any lucid way of finding Mason & Hamlin dealers nearest to my location? Calling them doesn't work, no one answers the phone or returns phone calls, not even 'sales'. How do they sell anything??? Their website doesn't have a 'find a dealer' section. I'm at a loss.

🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

The website has a ‘contact us’ form

Have you tried Sales Inquiries: (916) 837-3472?

I've tried both of these. Left messages for sales. Nada.

My impression from various posts over the years is that M&H is not very responsive to customer inquiries.

You could call Jordan Kitt's Music, they carry Mason Hamlin and at least they're on the same coast that you are. They should be able to tell you if there's a dealer close to you. If they won't tell you, there are dealers on the left coast you could call, they'd probably be more inclined to share a dealer's name since they know you won't fly to San Francisco to buy a piano.

If that's the attention you receive before the sale just imagine the service you'll receive after they have your money in hand.

If I lived close to a M&H dealer who was good and reputable I guess it would be fine, but in cases like this it's pretty off putting. 🙁

Right now most of their admin people are probably at the NAMM convention... I contacted them last week through their contact me site and got a response but nothing since then on follow-up questions I had.

For the most part I found dealers by going to google Maps and searching "Piano Store" in the area I was interested in shopping. Then going to each of their websites and seeing what brands they sold.

Sucks because Mason & Hamlin has a huge backlog of orders so most stores are sold out...

There hasn't been a Mason & Hamlin dealer in the Chicago area for years now. Anybody out there correct me if I'm wrong, especially if there is a new WNG-powered BB on the floor ...

Larry.

Well, it's not like Boston is an impossible trip. It's not much further than NYC from me. I'd just hoped there was someplace closer. I'll keep searching...

Well, if you do go to Haverhill, don't forget to mention the total lack of response to your attempts at getting in touch with them. That would be a good way to lose a potential customer.

As far as I know there are no longer any Mason dealers in NYC if that's what you mean,

No, I meant, being in western NY, the distance to both places is relatively simlar for me. I've driven to both Boston and NYC, Boston is about 40 min. longer. So a trip wouldn't be out of the question if I couldn't find a closer dealer.

Last year I was looking for a model 50 and went to altenburg piano in Elizabeth New Jersey. They still show Mason on their website.
Good luck!
