Me too Ojustaboo, I'm hoping this will bring some 'accountability' and encouragement to hang in there with just a little bit of playing in the off periods, instead of just getting discouraged and quit again.

I pray, that tomorrow I may strive to be a little better than I am today - and, on behalf of everybody else, I give thanks for headphones.

I'd like to participate again as I enjoy being a part of this wonderful club and the idea behind it. I didn't travel much at all last year due to an ill parent and the daily playing was an escape from reality. Out of town a couple of times via car but I brought the good ol' P115 with me or made arrangements to use a piano.

Brand new MP11SE delivered today so motivation to play every day should not be a problem in 2020.

The quote below is awesome!

I have my settings so I don't see signatures so this is new to me. I have no idea what my signature even looks like. Maybe I ought to go check that out.

In any case, you can go ahead and sign me up for this year.

Right now, you have no signature.

To see signatures, click the tiny triangle to the right of your forum handle, DutchTea, in the upper right of the webpage and you will get a drop down menu. Select from that menu, "Preferences". In the "Display Preferences" section, the 10th setting down is the radio button for "Show Avatars", and the 11th is the drop down for "Show Signatures." Set these as you like and then go to the button at the end under the "Email and Private Message Preferences" section titled "Save Changes" and click on that.

To set your signature to something, click the tiny triangle to the right of your forum handle, DutchTea, in the upper right of the webpage and you will get a drop down menu. Select from that menu, "Edit Profile". The last field under the "Forum Profile" section is "Signature. Up to 600 characters. You may use UBBCode in your signature." In that field, enter something that is your signature. Then go to the button at the end under the "Contact Info" section titled "Save Changes" and click on that.

Please add me for this year. After a couple of years of erratic practice I'm back at it daily and soon hope to join a piano class or maybe get private lessons. Thank you Swiss MS for your dedication and great patience.

I would like to re-enlist as well! At this point I have made pathetic attempts at practicing but I still practiced. Grandchildren take priority while they are here although I am also down with a cold thanks to the little disease factories.

A lack of talent does not stop you from learning piano. It just takes longer and you have to work harder.

Sign me up.

I believe I've practiced every day in 2019 - including buying a Yamaha P45 so I could continue whilst on holiday in Dorset (UK) but didn't bother with signing up.

I think this year I will give it a formal try
