Hello group,

Looking to try the Taubman method without having to travel half-way across the world. I am in South Australia and would prefer to take lessons locally but I am willing to travel to Melbourne or Canberra ( although that would be difficult ) . I've thought about buying the Taubman method videos but some things just need to be demonstrated in person... plus I may have developed some bad habits that need to be corrected.
By the way , there was an Australian professor by the name of Max Cooke, he released a piano technique method which was also very good... might be interested in learning from one of his students if they are based in SA as well...

Thanks in advance!

My teacher studied with Taubman and teaches a lot of her techniques, but I’m not sure he is ‘Golanski certified’. He teaches at Melbourne university and privately at his home in Melbourne eastern suburb.

My next lesson is in 2 weeks. Do you want me to ask him if he knows anyone in SA, or whether he is available to take on another private student?
