Wanna make a thread with piano VST related Black Friday offers?

I came across Sampletekk's sale, they have some pretty ridiculous discounts right now:

https://www.sampletekk.com/specials

Probably nothing that would be in the most often recommended lists on here, but might still be worth a look because it's so super cheap right now.

Great idea! I'm waiting for some of the big ones though, such as Garritan CFX, etc.

The only instrument in the Sampletekk sale, that caught my interest, is the Blue Grand. The White Grand, which I got for $39, with the Black Grand included, is sampled from the same piano.

So the Blue Grand is a watered-down version of the White Grand. I can probably make the White sound like the Blue, by dropping an EQ on it.

Uhhh ... these aren't "deals". This is just a case of tossing out old sneakers that nobody wanted.

Ivory II Studio Grands for $199: https://www.ilio.com/ivory-2-studio-grands

I'm hoping Pianoteq will have a deal on upgrades and/or instruments.

Production Voices have a few deals, will be adding more next week, and a couple of exclusive deals on Black Friday, according to an email from Jason.

This scoring piano sounds really like what I like on a piano wink
What about half pedaling? repedaling? I can't find any information on these points

The Fluffy Scoring piano is fantastic. $53.90 is an absolute bargain. Very flexible in shaping the tone & stereo image/depth with 3 mic perspectives. From memory it does re-pedalling well - not sure about half pedalling. The demos sound pretty mellow, but there is a lot of dynamic range in the sampling (around 20+ layers I believe) so it can really 'bite' when you dig in.

Best service quote completely different prices, depending on the currency. It is far cheaper in USD than in EUR, and most expensive in GBP.

$149
159 EUR
£145

That is not just outrageous; it's plain weird.

For stuff like that, I use Revolut... look it up!

I got fed up of price hikes (such as you have highlighted above) when paying for products/services in GBP.

A few places to find music software and hardware deals:

https://discuss.cakewalk.com/index.php?/forum/34-deals/

https://vi-control.net/community/forums/deals-deals-deals.138/

https://vi-control.net/community/forums/deals-deals-deals-tier-2.172/

I think the third site requires one to log into the vi-control site (unsponsored deals are posted there).

I had the same, but listening to some of their libraries changed that view rather quickly. Some interesting libraries they made!

Scoring Piano now $49 (and My Piano $29) when I go there.

Ivory II Studio Grands for $149 seems a better deal though.

Is that the full version?

Well, 20% off. Anyone think there will be a better Black Friday deal on Garritan CFX coming?

Native instruments have 50% off most of their stuff.

For example

Una Corda £64.50 instead of £129

The Giant £44.50 instead of £89

I see they also now have “Komplete Start” which is free for anyone, here’s their vid on it
https://youtu.be/MJ3qRPT7Yxk

Arturia also has a Black Friday deal on. Can get the full “V Collection 7” for €299 Instead of €499
Just upgraded my v6 for to v7 for just €99, was worth it for the Mellotron
