What if there were a little icon, like the "new posts" icon or the little flame that marks hot topics, that would show up when a critical number of readers marked a thread as an argument or an echo chamber or a black hole or whatever?

What if there were a little icon, like the "new posts" icon or the little flame that marks hot topics, that would show up when a critical number of readers marked a thread as an argument or an echo chamber or a black hole or whatever? A variant of that idea was discussed at some length in this thread here. Take a look.

I feel this perhaps a case where more or modifying technology isn't the answer. The answer is behavioral.
