All the keys were moving and clicking

I tried to clean them as much as I can

I guess nobody knows and "You glue them back with glue" wouldn't be helpful at all. laugh

If there's something confusing in the re-assembly and any educated guesses are expected from people who have never seen such digital piano then at least some more photos would be needed. And maybe a more specific explanation of what exactly is the problem in glueing them back.

Also ... I wonder what outcome you seek?

Is this piano yours to keep? Or are you repairing it for a friend?
Do you play the piano? Or do you intend to learn?
Is this a serious repair, or just a fun project?

The point is ... Medeli seem to make budget pianos and keyboards. And they're not well known.
I'd be reluctant to buy one given that there are so many other choices from established names in the industry.
And for a broken Medeli ... I don't think I'd bend my back very far to undertake the repair of one.

The DP680 is also an old model already. Maybe over 10 years. But it could be "perfectly usable" of course. Here's a German demo video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gvIijGU4hCI

You would need to finish cleaning it, if the photo shows it after cleaning. Repair any broken keys and action using a good key and action as a model. Assemble the keys and action doing the reverse procedure based on the photos you took step by step during disassembly. Grease it if it’s noisy. Sit down and play, then look at the thread for DPs under $1000 and purchase one from one of the main brands.

About the OP's question on glue, my best guess would be two components epoxy, the regular type (it takes 24h to cure, a few days to completely cure) not the fast ones.
