Hi

I saw this film for the first time a few days ago. I'd never heard of Don Shirley, and as much as I enjoyed the movie the music was even better. Kris Bowers played the piano parts and there is some virtuoso playing. And the background soundtrack songs and instrumentals were mainly suggested by Quincy Jones.

If you haven't seen the film it's well worth making the effort. It's free on Amazon Prime at the moment.

Cheers

I saw it and loved it. The story was touching, the music was great, and the final scenes were terrific. Highly recommend. The award for Best Picture was well deserved.
