They are not the same.

A note is not a score and a score is not a note.

A score is comprised of notes.

Now it’s clear that each of us has a different meaning in the notion of “score”. I come from Italian and Russian, where "the score is Una partitura (letteralmente e etimologicamente insieme di parti) è l'organizzazione grafica di più righi musicali contemporanei, ad uso del compositore o del direttore d'orchestra al fine di controllare e gestire con un colpo d'occhio l'intera simultaneità delle parti che concorrono all'opera musicale. "
However, in English there is also the concept of “Piano score”, which means a simplified recording of an orchestral score, allowing you to play it on the piano.

Ok ….

And how does this effect the need for Pre-Written being added to the term score ?

I still believe it is unnecessary.

We know it is written and we know it is Pre (as in before you are using it).

So the term SCORE would include those assumptions without a need for Pre-Written.

We can agree that the piece with its arrangement is written; and that which relates to improvisation prewritten .

BTW, in Russian, speaking about notes of improvisation, I'll use the word, which is a completely accurate translation of pre-written, and not written ,it may also prescribed . Since it is not  the classic genre theme with variations, it is impossible to relate equally to the theme and to the improvisation.
