Giving this channel some promotion because it's worked wonders and saved me LOTS of frustration trying to play piano by ear. Jane uses a very practical, easygoing approach. If I had to do it all over again I would've embraced sightreading from the beginning. I wouldnt recommend starting out playing by ear for adult beginners with not much time on their hands.

I have used this channel a lot. Jane has even played through my requests, very promptly, which took the mystery out of my pieces. I have watched those fingers for ages, scrutinizing movements, trills, etc, and even played along with them laugh

BTW Jane is also a member of PW.

She's ridiculously brilliant! I've been followin her page for years, she's my go to when I just can't seem to nail down a passage, seeing and hearing it super slow is SO helpful! ❤️

Yes, I've used her channel as well. When she plays it very slowly, it helps me a lot with certain difficult measures in a piece.
