Chernobieff Piano 1000 Post Club Member Joined: Sep 2018 Posts: 1,862	Darrell was the Quintessential Piano Technician. A gifted master craftsman who was kind, generous, and humble. I always enjoyed visiting with him and Heather, and our numerous conversations were a goldmine of information and joy. Darrell had been fighting illness for a while, and in our last conversation he was sounding better and was looking forward to getting back in the shop. That was 2 weeks ago, so i was shocked to learn of his passing. He greatly influenced me, and he will be missed. His profound wisdom about pianos was evident in his posts which were articulately written. I offer my sincere condolences to his family and friends. Robert.
